App for Contacts

Does anyone know of an app that will separate the contacts in groups. I realize on Google you can put your contacts into Friends, Business, Family etc. But is there a way to doing that on your phone? Thanks in advance

aContacts was the best one that I had found for splitting your contacts into groups. BUT - it is not updated to work with Android 2.x. I have emailed the author and he has moved on to Dialer One. (free on the Market). I find it too much like the base Android Contact app which is ok, but does not support groups. I too am interested in a better contact app. Anyone else with an idea?
