Here is a sweet looking Live Wallpaper that actually serves a necessary function. Battery Core presents your battery status in a pretty unique way. The blue core in the center spins to show you where your battery status lies. The higher velocity it spins with the more juice you have left. As the velocity begins to increase this means you are running out of power. There is some text that shows current battery status as well as a small battery gauge that shows exactly how much power is left. This is more of a simple live wallpaper with minimal effects and very low battery usage, however if you do notice any added battery drainage you can simply disable the particles effects. This Live wallpaper is free, however their is a .99 version that includes some added bonuses such as extra particle effects and the ability to change colors.
