AOL saved folders

Anyone else not able to get their sub folder? My generation 1droid and Droid global had no issue. With razr you can't get it. It is ridiculous.

They want to blame AOL all they want, HOWEVER, if it was an AOL issue, then NONE of the other phones will be able to see the other folder. Now i CANT MOVE emails to any other folder.

FINALLY, With no help from motorola, i found out the work around. If anyone is interested, reply here......doesnt seem like anyone is reading it, or cares

I think that is because it is not 1997 and everyone's free hours of AOL have long since expired.

Glad you got it worked out though.

Hey I still use AOL

Setup your aol using other email and NOT by choosing the AOL icon they gave you. Its a bug in their system.

I had my AOL set up that way, then had to delete it and redo the account (mail was going crazy). After setting it up the same exact way....I no longer have folders....how do I get them back?

Once you do that, all your folders will come back. DO NOT USE AOL Icon.

i haven't had an issue since.

Your solution worked for me. I used to have all the folders (Gs111) and they just disappeared I think after an update.
