Anyway to install Galaxy S click sound on my Droid X (without custom ROM)??

Is there anyway you guys think I could get my Galaxy S sound to work on my girlfriend's Droid X? She loves the Samsung click sound so much better. I saw one way to do it, but he did it via a custom ROM. Any way around that?
