I was wondering the same thing..they usually have a forum with people confirming they got the update..

My friend rec'd froyo for EVO today. I called Verizon and asked what the deal is with update. They said from 8/3-13/10 X would get updated OTA at random.

Yea, I just got off the phone with a VZW tech and he said 2.2 definitely won't be out until next month sometime. He wasn't even sure of the date, but he knew for certain VZW wasn't going to release it this month :icon_evil:


I'm ready for FROYO!!!

I find this funny lol when I had my droid I had froyo running on it for like 3 months or longer now I have a brand new droid X I don't have froyo lol
