My eris was rooted and running a custom rom, had to unroot so i could take the phone into the store. now comes the problem, I rerooted, and when i tried to install a new recovery i got this pic and my phone won't boot now. that pic is all i get.

on the droid I'd hit the volume key and the the camera shutter button at the same time, dunno about the eris.

Ok, whew.. I got the phone to boot now but still unable to flash a new recovery on it. get the same pic when i do the up vol, and power. sdk keeps giving me different errors for the same commands. I have my commands saved in a file and just copy and paste so shouldn't be an issue of typo in command. Any Ideas?

Will it boot normally? Check your bootloader version, if it is 1.49 or higher, your phone was updated, and as of right now, it is unrootable.
