Any fix for the screen click?

I dropped my Droid the other day... Still makes me pissed thinking about it....

Anyway, my screen now has a wicked click when pressing down on the left part of the screen when it's closed. I've read this is a pretty normal issue.

Thing that irritates me though, is when I'm talking on the phone, I can constantly hear the screen clicking when I'm having a conversation with someone. It's from the phone pressing against my ear. It gets pretty damn annoying.

Are there any fixes out there for this issue? Or is it something I have to live with?

I've been wondering the same thing. With my Seidio case on the problem is resolved but when I use my phone without the case on, the left side of the screen clicks when i touch it.
