Any Double Tap/Click app or widget available?

I can't tell you how many times when I go to change a screen I hit an icon and the app opens or when scrolling up or down I activate something. Does anyone Know of an app or widget that can change "activations/selextion " from a single tap to a double tap?

Agreed!! Tired of accidently hitting an app! It is the only thing I liked better with the storm 2!
