Another battery question

When I check my battery usage, I am getting the following :

Android System 41%
Cell Standby 26%

The rest isn't really important. Should the Android Sytem be the top battery user. Is there something that needs to be done to fix it? Thanks for any help.

I have also noticed the "android system" can use quite a bit of battery power, usually being next to "cell standby". If you click on android system, you'll see that it covers a lot of things, including account syncing and HTC Widgets. I just read another post that suspected HTC widgets for using a lot of power, which kind of coincides with the Android system using a lot of battery.

You could try using fewer widgets that require regular updates (email, weather, friendstream etc...) to conserve power.
