Android Update - Samsung Tab 4 8.0

When I unpacked and turned on my Tab 4 a couple of months ago the system updated to 4.4.3. Today, I received another large system update but version remains 4.4.3. However, kernel shows 3.4.0-3266519 with date Nov. 12, 2014.

Anyone have any idea what this new update does/corrects, etc?

I just checked mine for an update today and there was nothing.

Can any give a good review on this Tab 4? I am looking at going and picking up one up but would like some input from those who have one.
