If it's not already on the screen, go to that little gray handle at the bottom of the screen and open up the app tray. Find the one called MP3 Store and that's the Amazon app that comes stock with the phone. Hope that helps! Oh, I see you have the Incredible, so maybe it's not stock on your phone, but it is on the Droid. Take a look anyway...
