Album Art Grabber..US price?

For some reason I am not able to buy this app since it uses UK currency (apps in dollars work fine).

Is there anyway around this?

right before you last button to comfirm, it converts it to us dollars. It'll have it in parenthesis..

Use a prepaid credit card, gift card or otherwise. Probably your CC wont alllow overseas purchases online.
