G GVLBob Member Nov 24, 2013 #2 This problem appears to be region specific. My carrier is Verizon in the US and I do have this toggle (but not the WiFi Hotspot toggle that you have). If this is OK to ask, who is your carrier and in which country are you located? If your carrier decided to make that switch, you might have to search for a toggle you can download.
