I went to download it and couldn't find anything but themes.
What has happened?

You skipped right over it probably. If you searched for ADW Launcher, it was probably number 83 down the list. Here's a tip: Search for "opensource anderweb" and you'll only get 1 hit, ADW Launcher. Good luck.
