Hello everyone.
My precedent wont charge anymore and I need a replacement phone. I would like to upgrade to a phone with enough internal storage to run the latest android os and be able to root and use any carrier. Im Poor so my budget is slim. I found the nexus 3 but I dont think you can use other carriers. Im getting lost in information. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated.
