How do I goabout getting it downloaded on my 3s

Try looking around in the market(PlayStore) for an app called Flash Player - Installer by Nadineyatteau3789

Should be a red&black star with an "F" in the middle. Install it and open it, follow the onscreen instructions and not only will it install but it will test for device compatability.
