Add Calendar Grayed Out

I have two gmail accounts synced with my Droid: my personal gmail and my corporate email, which is hosted by Google.

But I can't seem to add my corporate google-hosted calendar to the Calendar app. When I get to the "add calendar" option, the "OK" is grayed out.

How do I add my corporate gmail calendar?
