This app was offered by Amazon Android App Store for free as part of their One Free App Per Day program. I jumped on it. I usually download the daily app since its free anyway.

Click the little spray paint can icon on the bottom right near the enter key. This will open the graffiti pad which you can use your finger on to write stuff out.
