A program for playing Sounds during a call?

i had a program years ago on WM that could play sounds that the other person could hear while you were in a call. it came with a few sounds and also let you add your own sound files. it was just for fun

Anyone know of a program like that for Android? i looked but came up empty

In the absence of an app to do that, I'm sure you could always hire Michael Winslow (from Police Academy movies) to follow you around.
