VZN must have pushed the update to my RAZR 2 days ago. There are a few changes that have taken place and not much posted. In my "New Updates", iI noted that 2 changes occurred that were surprising: Mute disappeared, however in searching RAZR, I found that it is now located with the on/off selection button on the right side of your RAZR, along with vibrate and speaker. The other issue is a recurring pop-up for an unsent message which I "cannot delete". Does anyone esle have this issue and can some one tell me how to remove the unsent message. It's irritating! :)

Thanks Forum -

Someone in another post said to install hand cent (sp? Texting app) and it would show the unsent message so you could delete it.

not necessarily a problem with jb, as others were complaining about the same in ics.

We are the Droid!!
You will be assimilated!!
Resistance is futile!!

I can see the unsent email, but can't select it to open. Any help?

Try deleting it from your PC. Should go away when it synchs with the phone. I am so sorry about the fdr suggestion. I thought you were talking about a text message, not an email. Deleting it from a PC should solve your problem

Factory data reset restores the phone back to out of the box new. Before doing this back up any pictures or files you wanna keep.

I think I did a FDR when I downloaded the ICS update but I didn't do a FDR when I did the JB update. Was wondering if it would help.

Not research based, strictly anecdotal.....I always FDR before and after an update......never had a problem. Downside is you gotta re-customize afterwards.
