3G Network stays off?

Anyone noticed if their Droid does not seem to show 3G networking? Might be related to Airplane mode, but not sure. I just found it weird that it wasn't enabled. I managed to get it to work again by fully powering off and back on.

Im having the same issue, data connection dissapears over night, and wont return (1x or 3g) until I reboot the phone...

Sounds like your phone lost signal due to poor signal and then stopped looking for it as it had been unable to find it for so long.

I have run into an annoying issue where the phone seemingly drops to 1XRTT in locations that I normally have 3G service in (and I suspect that this is a VZW issue and not a DROID issue).
