2 Questions

Okay, i installed this rom an love it (btw) but i have 2 questions for anyone with the proper knowledge. 1) everytime i download an app it downloads then when installing the phone does a quick hot reboot and is completely fine with the app installed is that suppose to happen???
2) if i metamorph anything will it take on yhis rom?? , like statbar icons,fonts??? if anyone could help me out greatly appreciated!!
