Forbes is reporting that after last weeks leak by BGR, they have noticed another one that shows we might see a new ZTE Android device on Verizon soon. This new evidence is taken from Ticonderoga Securities analyst Brian White, who stats Verizon will start selling a $150 ZTE Android powered device soon before the end of the year. His notes were taken while abroad in China and Taiwan, which he spoke with some executives and most likely produced this information from them.

We have never seen a ZTE device being sold in the US, just modems, so this should be the first time. I am not sure about the quality they can make seeing how the picture above does not look like it has the best build quality. Regardless I am sure a lot of you guys will not mind having more choice when it comes to this matter.

What type of Droid is Verizon missing?

ZTE already makes (at least?) one phone in the US. ZTE makes a "feature phone" (read: regular pos) for Verizon. It's a slider with not many additional features.
