Download it and place the file on your sd card and then using the phones file browser open the file up and it will give you the option to install

Uhhhh shoot I don't presently own a comp so I do everything in phone. I think you have to enable usb debugging although that might not be important, then plug the phone in to the comp. That's where I get hazy, I think you can access the sd card like its a removeable drive but I don't quite remember.

Have "Unknown sources" selected. The drive will mount to the PC if USB is setup to Mass storage. I couldn't find it after I sbf'd due to a rom issue and had to get it off XDA's site.

I suggest using titanium backup pro to freeze the bloat ware. As for thethering I used barnacle once but I don't really have anything to tether so my advice is a little useless there lol.

I use Titanium Backup Pro and it works great, with it you can freeze the bloatware programs that are not needed for the phone to work , it also hides them in the app drawer so its like they arent there, also you dont have to worry about getting them back if for some reason you want to , you can just defrost them and they are back :)
