Im using Bugless Beast v1.0 at 800mhz. I don't usually like to go about a 30% OC on a proc, and its super stable, and pretty speedy.

I was actually thinking about overclocking to 800mhz. I'm using bugless beast v1.0. I like it except I cannot rotate pictures in the 3D gallery, and when i turn the phone off it hangs until the SD card releases (kinda annoying). But I am looking into other roms so any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks :)

I'm on BB at 1.1GHz with no problems whatsoever. It's most definitely the best ROM I've tried so far.

I'm really new to the overclocking thing, but how about the phone getting hot at 1.1ghz??? does it run hot or just a little warm???

Since the OC is on demand, it only ramps up when it needs the extra speed. If I use something intensive (Google Earth) for 15 minutes, it heats up, but never past 50 degrees or so.

Was running Cyanogenmod for a bit. No issues OC to 1.2 no issues. Had SS same speeds before that loved it. Now on Dark Edge base then changed to blue theme OC at 1.1 and running just as smooth. Love the new look with DE just took a little extra on theming just how I like it. Never been one for BB but I know reading on here def one of the best. And Woodyman has done incredible with his succulent desire and they have some good themes as well.

Yes, try mine.. Lol.. ;). Best advice I could give would be try more than 1 don't go off what everyone says, it's nice to know but u also have to rememer each phone will act slightly different with every ROM and kernal because of differences in production..

Just try until you find one you like and works good on your phone, I would love for my ROM to be the one you use, but if it's not then I'm happy for you finding a better one..

Have fun man and goodluck.. ;)

I was running cyanogen 5.0.6.2 for a while, then changed to BB 1.0 and i have to say, even though cyanogen has the battery-% in spareparts and the 360 rotation, BB is just snappier. I was running cyanogen at 1100Mhz and BB 1.0 is faster and smoother, even at 1000. Well, maybe its just my phone...

I believe I have tried all the ROM's at one time or another. I must say that besides UD NE that Woody's Succulent Desire 4.5 ranks a close second. When people think of ROM's and ROM Developers, most people skip over Woody, but I can truly say if you want to try a surprisingly good one, give Succulent Desire a try. Woody is also very available and always looks for feedback for future development or if you run into problems.
