This popped up on my YT and it has me asking those who had a VCR questions.

Do you still have your VCR and is it still plugged up?

What was your favorite VCR tape?

What don't you miss about the VCR?

What do you miss about the VCR?

Haven't had a VCR for many years. When the VCR was in its prime, we thought it was wonderful. Bad compared to our modern DVD and Blu-ray, but we didn't know it at the time. No particular favorite. I don't miss the storage space needed for my former collection of tapes at all. Nothing. And, unless one has fairly fast Wi-Fi speeds, DVD and Blu-ray are still a good option

We still have two working ones. One in our living room is a combo VCR/DVD player. The other is in my son's room. He's special needs and we have some old VCR tapes he likes.

I had mine plugged in for almost ever, just for the clock. Once the remote bat ray died it got unplugged due to the flashing display. But that thing could rewind.

I think I might still have a working VCR somewhere in a storage bin in the basement. I remember going to the local Blockbuster store on Fridays and Saturdays searching for the new releases, hoping to grab one copy and go home to watch a movie on the VCR. I think the last one we had was a VHS / DVD combo player. We might even still have a box of VHS movies in storage, I'm not sure what we did with all those hundreds of VHS tapes we had?

Don't have vcr for over a decade. My in laws still do because they have bunch of family video tapes from USSR.
When I did have a vcr, I had whole star trek voyager series recorded on them!

We need to convert several tapes to DVD. We haven't yet gotten to them!
