You Tube Problem, help please?

I am lost to find a solution to what I am about describe. I am almost to the point of throwing my Galaxy S4 out on the highway. Several times I went to view a video on you tube and it stops and goes, and stops and goes, and stops and goes. It doesn't matter if I am on WIFI, 4G, 3G etc................................It's erratic, and I have the latest you tube program loaded as well. Also, I don't have high quality checked. My iPhone 4S NEVER did this, and it was running on 3G. Am I the only one experiencing this problem on the Galaxy S4?

try clearing the cache of the app, if that doesn't help then clear the data
