    If the purpose was to put non market approved apps into it:

    Of course, we on Android just have to hit the toggle :)

    A good read though, so you can see where legally they are heading with the several exemptions made.

    Interesting read. I thought it was going to be a bunch of legal mumbo jumbo but it was an easy to understand article.

    wuyanks my opinion is you should lock it. I see this issue ending up with 444 threads like the tiered data debacle. Just a suggestion, I'm not staff.
