Just like that we now have the official Xposed Framework and installer available for Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It seems like Xposed for Marshmallow arrived much quicker than Xposed for Lollipop. Devices have only been releasing with Xposed now for a few weeks, but then again we have had preview builds on Nexus devices for quite some time now so if you have been running a preview build this may have felt like it was a long time coming. Either way it is nice that Xposed is finally ready for our Marshmallow devices!

Xposed Framework allows you to install just about any and all mods you would normally need a custom rom to install including nav bar changes, battery mods, center clock, and much more. Xposed framework does require that your device be rooted. To install this you will need to flash the Xposed file in TWRP or any custom recovery. Then you will need to install an Xposed Manager app. Once installed you will be able to install various modules. With this being brand new there is a possibility of something going wrong. I would highly recommend that you make a full nandroid backup of your device before proceeding. Grab Xposed for Marshmallow from the link below.

Holy Smokes - the things I've missed stuck in the past.

I just went and looked at all the modules and I'm kinda overwhelmed ...

I suppose a long night of reading 100's of module descriptions is ahead...

Root cloak is the big one I needed.

Who wants to share ?

Which exposed modules do you use and why?

Spent a little time reading about modules last night, some are intriguing ...

Here are mine.

Rootcloak - allows me to hide the root check some apps perform.

No device check - does the same as rootcloak but for different apps, like Android pay.

I was going to install advanced power menu but the dev quit. Was nice to boot to recovery from the lower button, or reboot without adb commands.

Gravity Box - pretty much any optimization/mod you want to make the stock ROM a custom one.
