Xoom Concerns

Hey all looking for some advice here. I am choosing between getting a Xoom or an iPad2 and had a few concerns about both. I have a droid so I am used to the android platform

Concerns about the iPad2:
iTunes, really not a huge fan of it, enjoy the drag and drop nature of the android system
Lack of flash, pretty self explanitory
Having to buy extra equipment for HDMI out

Concern about the Xoom:
Lack of any media streaming, played around with my parents iPad and being able to stream Netflix instantly is awesome
Lack of refined apps, seems like the apple store has many more apps for the ipad
Honeycomb, I have heard its buggy but not really sure how bad it is.

Any opinions or advice about any of these problems is welcome. Thanks

I've played with both and chose the Xoom .
Streaming is not an issue, netflix currently is. Other options are avail.
Flash 10.2, HTML5 COMPATIBLE.
HDMI out its awesome
Fring vid chat and the game is on .
True multi tasking and multi paned browsing....
Can play virtually any vid format thru apps like Act1 means no slave to itunes ...
