After way too many DX's and now an X2, I still can't get a working phone. I called Verizon and asked for their customer retention department and they were suggesting replacing the X2 with an Atrix. When I looked at Verizons site, there was no Atrix listed and when I googled it, the Atrix was for other carriers and not Verizon. Does anyone have any info about it for the Verizon?
Verizon first told me that they would send me a D3, a car dock and media dock, to replace my X2, car dock and media dock. Then they changed their tune and said I'd have to pay $179 to get it, since I won't sign another 2 year contract.
Their customer retention department, is only a money retention department, as it has no regard for the customer, what so ever.
