WSJ reports Verizon Iphone confirmed for release 1Q 2011!
Hmm iPhoners on Verizon, I dono man... I am not excited if this is true. Now that they are mass producing the iPhones I hope that doesn't greatly increase the suicides at the Japanese factories....
Unfortunately, it is true.
Now, will be interesting to see how Android fares.
Exciting times ahead.
sad to say but i will be switching...i love the newest iphone over my droid 1. would like to see what is to come tho of android phones by q1 2011
Awww man if this happens my 3g speed will suck.
Oh android will still grow. Probably not exponentially but it still will. People forget how much people love open software
"I know not with what weapons War World III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with stick and stones."-Albert Einstein.
Send from Droid X
Hence the deployment of LTE! Oh well....
Yeah, if this is true, I think I may go back to the dark side.
geez everyone is jumping ship. not me. at least I don't think I will.
I will probably switch, especially if the iPhone is LTE. Early cancellation fee and all.
Am I the only one that noticed that this was entirely at the authors word? They didn't give a specific source, didn't even say "an unnamed source." Matter of fact at the end of the article it said: "Spokeswomen for Apple and Qualcomm declined to comment; a spokesman for Verizon Wireless, owned by Verizon Communications Inc. and Vodafone Group PLC, declined to comment."
Now I recognize the fact that The Wall Street Journal isn't just somebody's blog with their gums flapping. Still I see a lack of substance here.
I love android but I fear a Verizon iphone would kill it.:icon_eek:
