Wrong location and time.

Recently my phone has displayed a location I have not heard of as well as a time 13 hours ahead of my own. (or 11 behind)

Anyone see this issue before? If I refresh, it picks up local info but only for a short time.

I think you watch too much television, or more specifically national treasure. Its unlikely your phone was cloned. What incentive is there for someone to do this?

Will I still be your best friend if I simply tell you that I've seen many other people have issues with time and location but I simply don't remember what the solution is?

So the only advice I can give you is to do a factory data reset.
