really good article and read, and makes sense especially with the newer phones, like the x and d2 came with bloatware, so did the galaxy on tmobile, much more for captivate and aria, 9 bloatware programs 3 are navigators belive it or not

but one simple solution, which is what the article says is bad, and that is android

android may be bad like the article says BUT android is also the solution to that, the community, and developers, thanks to all of their hard work we are able to root phones and remove bloatware, as carriers make it harder to do so our community grows stronger and we will overcome their power once again
