I use wireless tether and have seen alot of threads about Verizon cracking down on users that tether. Should we really be worried about this? Or not?

If you only use it occasionally like me I wouldn't be worried. But if you got rid of your home internet connection and just use that, then you might have problems.

Darn alright. Cause my home internet is far slower than my phones. :/

If your carrier's TOS state that you have to pay for tethering then you're always running a risk if you tether outside what the TOS allows. Whether taking that risk is worthwhile or not is your call to make. No post is going to make tethering outside the TOS safe no matter who the poster is.
