It says that if you tapp it it shows the weather but nothing happens. I tapp and tapp but nothing comes up.

Woods wallpaper works with accuweather. Try downloading the free accuweather app. Start up the app. Then try the wallpaper again..

I was looking at this one. Found it interesting that it can change the animation to the current weather. But I live in the desert, my background wouldn't change very often. Its sunny today, tomorrow, probably gonna be sunny next week all the way through to the next year....
