Won't download new update

I have the Droid Razr HD and yesterday it started downloading something but wouldn't go past 0%.I want to know if there's anything I can do that won't require me restarting my phone. I keep my Wi-Fi on and it still won't download, I've turned it on and off multiple time. Help is much appreciated. These are the pictures I took.

same problem for me. New razr hd maxx and i get the same thing. I also get the 0% download suspended, will resume shortly error. I've done everything i can thing of including a factory reset and it still hangs. I can cancel the download and the only way to get rid of the 0% error message is to force stop the updater app.

So i'm stuck on 4.0.4 which i don't mind right now but the download icon constantly in my task bar is annoying.

So mine just finally downloaded on Monday night. Heard on another forum that Motorola server was down our something causing it as others with the same deal downloaded at the same time
