how can I move a downloaded app? I recently downloaded an app but cannot find it in my device? I have a rooted Droid A855. The app is on the device and running but I need to move it to my /system/app folder for it to run the way I want it.

I have a file explorer on my device but just can't find the darn thing. Any assistance is greatly appreciated! Thanks all!

What file explorer are you using? Some of them have built in search functions. Try using Super Manager. If you go into the settings for that app, there is a "Enable Root function" option that will allow you to move the app once you find it. Then make sure it has the proper permissions and you should be good.

If you dled it from the market it will be in /data/app. If you dled it from your phone's browser it would be in /sdcard/download by default
