Any tips on this? Ive tried uninstalling the drivers, reinstalling them, running the install program as administrator, and going through the device manager. They work the first time I connect the phone to the computer, but the next time I try to connect, I get this error message:
Reinstall the drivers for this device. (Code 18)

To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver.
If I click on the Reinstall driver button, I am informed I am running the lastet driver for my device.

I had this problem when I installed Droid Explorer, for some reason it decided that the Android Phone driver was better for my device, I ended up having to go into device manager and uninstalling the device, then reinstalled the motorola drivers and now it's good.
