will new verizon data plans effect my current plan

I have the Motorola Droid and I have the unlimited data plan. If Verizon is getting rid of the unlimited data plan and replacing them with like 200mb and 1gb and 2gb plans, will that cause me to change my current plan or do I still get to keep my unlimited plan? I'm always on the internet, I Tether a lot, and I'm always running Pandora so I'd really like to keep my unlimited plan.
