If I'm running stock 2.1 rooted?

I did flash clockwork bootloader to make a nandroid backup. If I do receive the official, will it give me back the stock bootloader?

Yes it will, and you will lose Root, that is, if you receive the OTA...since I rooted back in January I have yet to receive an OTA update.

So I won't receive the update? I thought as long as you weren't using another Rom, it didn't matter if you were rooted or not.
