I was watching the demo of Unreal or Quake (whatever it was) on the iphone and it occured to me that without multitouch, you could not play this game on the Droid unless you used the physical keypad (which would be a pain). So how will Google/Moto/Android get around the legal issues pertaining to multitouch, or will that be something for the game developers to worry about?

the droid supports multi-touch the api is there its a matter of people writing the software to use it

there are two browsers a multi-player pong game and a gallery app already out there

if someone would just make a freaking multi-touch keyboard replacement we would be golden

I would love to see a multi-touch emulator so you could just use everything on the screen. I've been working on a NES version, I just don't have time to code...
