Wifi Tether for Root

Hey small problem, I'm using Wifi Tether 3.3 beta2 and I can't seem to get it to work properly. Whenever I start I get an error in the log and it says "setting ad-hoc mode..." failed. What settings should I be using to connect to via wifi to my rooted wingray? Thanks for the help.
