What is the defeault 3.2.5 wifi scanning frequency? And is there anyway that the user can alter its frequency? a script or?

That would/could be a nice addition to the settings, for the user to be able to alter the frequency or to have the option to disable the auto-scanning entirely & have it scan only by the user manually when needed, that way one could leave wifi on, with auto scanning disabled, in theory should lessen battery drain.

yep,

- install root exploer
- open /system/build.prop
- find the line wifi.supplicant_scan_interval
- change the value for what you want!

does that value persist in bwtween reboots or must you change it after you boot up again?
