Wifi question.

Is there a way to turn my phone into a hot spot that uses my home wifi ( like setting it up as a router being used as a wireless repeater) instead of my Verizon data connection?

I believe foxfi can do that but it seems that you would use the Wi-Fi for any device that needs an internet connection.
