wifi and 4g lit up

    Ok. My wifi is on but my 4g is still lit up. How do I fix it?

    In the top corner, the wifi is on but the 4g is also lit up.

    It's probably good to start with the simple, easy rings first. Have you tried clearing the cache and rebooting? Here is a link to the instructions: (I know the link is for a Moto X...the Razr M and Moto X instructions are the same with Kit Kat)

    This happened after the 4.4.4 update, just because it's lit up its not using your data. Trust me, I've watched my data and as long as I'm on wifi data is not being used.
