Wifi and 3g/4g symbol suppose to be both on?

Just got my Bionic in today =D =D

But when I have wifi on, the 3g/4g symbol still shows up right next to the wifi symbol, is it supposed to be like that?

What color is the 3g/4g symbol, Blue or White? I believe White is available, but not running, while Blue is locked on and running.

Ooooh actually the wifi bars are blue while the 3g/4g are white. Why are they there if they're inactive?

Yes, both WiFi & 3G/4GLTE symbols should both be on when you're on WiFi on the Bionic -- unlike the OG Drioid --

Blue-Green color means you have an active connection with Google servers
