Wife's calls to my Droid go directly to my voicemail

Phone doesn't ring, nothing. She just gets a generic voicemail. Is there something set wrong on my phone? I tried it from my home phone, no problem, and calling her works fine. It's just from her Droid to mine.

I believe there is a way to individually customize things like ring tones for each contact - perhaps there is an option that sets to voicemail.

Are you perchance using Google Voice?

If that's not the issue have her dial *228 and see if updating the settings helps.
