Widgetsoid 8 digit ICS blue hex??

I put a power control widget in the notification bar on my GNex but I can't seem to get the hex right as it calls for an 8 digit code. Anyone know this??

I believe it's FF33B5E5

^^ yes...should be this. The hex itself is. 33B5e5 but the FF in front is opacity. FF is 100 percent opacity.

I believe 00-99 is the range for opacity. 99 being more opaque...00 being completely transparent.
