I purchased widgetlocker to customize the lock screen, but I can not find out how to remove the original sliders??

Go to the Notification bar and select the widgetlocker notification. It will take you to the editable lockscreen. Long press in the middle of the slider and drag it to the bottom where the trash can is.

I have tried doing that several times, it says tool mode, long press to drag/drop and I try all 4 of the standard ones and it does nothing to them

Yeah I meant to say Tool mode. Did you long press in the middle of the slider? It works for me

yeah when I am in tool mode and I click on the original ones, the volume, camera, etc they do nothing

Dumb question: Are you holding your finger on the item until it vibrates?

incredible, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that did the trick thanks!!!! :icon_ banana:
